Returns
Since this is a digital product, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Once you receive the files, the sale is final.

Refunds
We only offer refunds in rare cases when a technical issue stops you from getting your files. If something goes wrong, just email us at readerssguide@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.

Once the Refund is approved, we will credit the refund amount within 5-7 Business Days.

Since this is a digital product with instant access, we do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind without review, or misunderstanding that the product is not a physical item. This is clearly stated on our product pages, FAQs and Policies.
